Golden Opportunity

ERP Stock Hub · Professional vendor application support

Wholesale Club
Launchpad

Get your products ready for Costco & BJ's wholesale clubs.

We prepare and submit the vendor application for you. From a professional application pack to status tracking, you don't navigate the buyer process alone.

$199 upfront. $699 only on written club approval. Approval is not guaranteed.

A guided path

Your photo-first Launchpad journey

From your first answer to status follow-up, see exactly what happens next and where your approval is needed.

  1. 01

    Start with photos

Photograph your product or send photos later; Sara helps fill in its details. Add company, contact, pricing, and optional documents.

  2. 02

    Verify & review

Verify your email with a code, review your details and photo thumbnails, and fix anything that needs changing.

  3. 03

    Authorize Us

Authorize submission and status follow-up only; your company’s contracts remain your decision.

  4. 04

    Pay $199

Continue to the existing Stripe checkout after email verification, review, and authorization. Photos can come later.

  5. 05

    Payment confirmation

Starting checkout is not confirmation of payment; Stripe shows the result of your payment.

  6. 06

    Prepare the application

Your information and available photos support preparation of your vendor application.

  7. 07

    Submit & track

ERP Stock Hub handles submission and status follow-up through the club’s vendor process.

  8. 08

    Success fee

$699 is due only upon written vendor approval by the club.

Is your product club-ready?

Use this readiness checklist before applying. Exact requirements depend on the club and product category; checking every box does not guarantee qualification or approval.

  • Valid UPC / barcodes

Properly assigned product identifiers for each proposed SKU.

  • Retail-ready packaging

Clear labeling, suitable case packs, and compliant product presentation.

  • Reliable production capacity

Ability to support club-scale volumes and consistent replenishment.

  • Product liability insurance

Coverage appropriate to your product and the club’s requirements.

  • Quality and regulatory documentation

Applicable certifications, safety records, and audit readiness.

  • Wholesale economics and logistics

Competitive pricing, lead times, shelf life where applicable, and shipping capability.

  • EDI compliance readiness

Ability to meet the club’s electronic ordering, invoicing, and fulfillment requirements.

  • Company and product information

Business registration, product specifications, sales history, and samples when requested.

A defined service, not a promise of approval

Exactly what your
$199 covers.

One application to your selected club. Preparation, professional submission, and status follow-up, with a clear record of what you have provided.

Application service fee

The $199 pays for the application service, not club approval. Payment terms appear at the checkout step. The separate $699 success fee applies only on written vendor approval.

  1. Guided intake & readiness review

Sara reads your product photos, then collects company and contact details, pricing, and optional documents.

  2. Professional vendor application pack

Your company information, product details, UPC if available, pricing, packaging, and available photos organized for your application.

  3. Service agreement preparation

A written description of the service, your limited authorization, the upfront fee, and the approval-based success fee.

  4. Application submission

ERP Stock Hub submits your application to your selected club through its appropriate vendor process, not an open marketplace or seller API.

  5. Status follow-up & email updates

Confirmation, available application-status updates, and delivery of the completed pack via email. Club response times are outside our control.

Not included: club approval, guaranteed purchase orders, product placement, sales, or revenue. You provide accurate information and remain responsible for samples, audits, insurance, and any additional compliance work requested by the club.

Clear expectations from the start

Our work has a timeline.
The club’s decision is independent.

5–10 business days

Estimated application-pack preparation after confirmed payment and a complete intake. Missing information or additional requirements may extend this window; we will keep you informed.

Submission follows readiness

We prepare and submit professionally. Submission proceeds once the pack is complete and the relevant club’s requirements are met. Preparation time is not a promise of submission or approval by a particular date.

The club makes the decision

Buyer review and approval have no fixed response deadline that we can guarantee. We follow up on available status, but cannot guarantee a response, approval, contract, purchase order, placement, or sales.

Your application, with Sara Pro.

Open your separate chat to add photos, verify your email, review your details, and pay. Photos (stored privately) are optional; unpaid drafts work for 7 days.

Clear terms. No surprises.

Preparation now. Success fee only on approval.

Upfront application fee

$199 per application

Covers preparation and submission of your professional vendor application pack. See the payment terms beside the checkout button.

Approval-based success fee

$699

No approval, no success fee.

Due only upon written vendor approval by the club. An application, buyer conversation, sample request, or audit alone does not trigger the success fee.

Review and authorize your application inside your private Sara Pro chat before checkout.

Perspective, not a performance promise

A small application fee. A big reason to prepare.

Illustrative scenario only

$4.4M

Illustrative cost-of-getting-it-wrong scenario

The $4.4M figure is illustrative, not a verified average loss, a forecast, or a claim about your potential savings.

Going it alone or getting wholesale club entry wrong can mean missed purchase orders, failed audits, wasted samples, and unnecessary travel. The $4.4M figure illustrates the potential scale of those risks; it is not a verified average loss, a prediction for your business, or a promise of savings or revenue.

Straight answers before you apply

Is this an online marketplace or seller API integration?

No. Neither Costco nor BJ’s has an open marketplace or seller API for listing your products. Wholesale club entry is a buyer-driven vendor process involving a pitch, product samples, possible audits, and EDI compliance.

What does your service actually do?

We prepare and submit a professional vendor application pack on your behalf, track available status information, and keep you updated. You provide accurate company and product details and handle any samples, audits, or compliance requirements requested by the club.

Can you guarantee approval or a purchase order?

No. Costco and BJ’s independently decide which vendors and products to approve. Written vendor approval does not guarantee a purchase order, order volume, placement, or sales. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by either club.

When do the fees apply?

The $199 upfront fee is per application; see its terms at the payment step. The $699 success fee is due only upon written vendor approval. Verify your email, review your application, authorize us, and continue to Stripe; optional photos never block checkout.

How long does preparation take?

Estimated application-pack preparation is 5–10 business days after confirmed payment and a complete intake. Missing information or additional requirements may extend this window. Submission follows a complete, reviewed pack and the relevant club’s requirements. Club review and approval are independent, with no guaranteed response or decision deadline.

Can I submit the intake if I am not fully ready?

Yes. Share your current situation so we can understand your readiness. Missing insurance, barcodes, capacity, or compliance documents may need to be addressed before an application is suitable for submission.

Questions along the way? Sara guides your photo-first intake, email verification, review, and authorization. After payment confirmation, your confirmation, status updates, service agreement, and completed downloadable application pack are delivered by email. Club-specific requirements and decisions remain with the club's buyers.
