Privacy Policy — StockHub Driver

StockHub Driver ("the App", "we", "us") is the delivery companion app for businesses using ERP Stock Hub, operated by Smart Suit Dev LLC. This policy explains what data the App collects and why.
Data we collect
- Driver account info — driver ID/code and name, provided by your employer (the ERP Stock Hub seller), used to sign you in and attribute deliveries.
- Precise location — collected while you are on shift and sharing location, used for live route tracking and as part of proof of delivery. Location sharing stops when you sign out or go off shift.
- Photos and signatures — delivery proof photos you take and customer signatures you capture, sent to your employer's ERP Stock Hub account as the delivery record.
- Delivery activity — stops completed, timestamps, COD amounts collected, and delivery notes, stored as your employer's business records.
How data is used
Data is used only to operate delivery routes, show dispatchers live progress, and keep proof-of-delivery records for the seller you drive for. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Data retention and deletion
Delivery records belong to the seller's ERP Stock Hub account and are kept as their business records. To request deletion of your personal data, contact your employer or email us at info@erpstockhub.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to delivery records is limited to the seller's authorized staff.
